Not far from Pozzallo, on the coast of Santa Maria del Focallo, among eucalyptus plants and dunes, the structure can accommodate up to 10 people with 5 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms in the room plus 1 double service and 1 sofa bed. In addition, some cots are also available for children under 3 years of age.
The rooms are organized with double beds and twin beds all equipped with memory foam mattresses. In the bathrooms, on the other hand, there are extra large showers 130 centimeters wide.
On the ground floor you will have an American kitchen all to yourself with everything you need for lunches, dinners and convivial moments for up to 12 people. In addition to traditional appliances, you will also find a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, mixer and ice maker. The kitchen has a peninsula with 3 seats on a stool and an 8-seat table.
The large windows that give a lot of light to the room overlook the outdoor pool, the veranda and the garden. In the same open space there is also a cozy living room with sofa, armchair and rocking chair for comfortably watching Tv and enjoying company. The living room leads directly to the outdoor veranda where you can sit on a comfortable sofa or have lunch and dinner outdoors thanks to the large table. A tiled outdoor area surrounds the whole house and connects to the garden and the swimming pool, giving the possibility to lie down on the sun loungers. A real terrace on the ground floor that you can enjoy during the day and beyond.
The bedrooms are also particularly bright, all furnished with taste and elegance and with unique details that recall the sea and its colors. The rooms are very large and well liveable.
Villa Vita has a terrace overlooking the sea. The structure is about thirty kilometers from Noto, about fifty from Ragusa.
Pozzallo is one of only four Sicilian towns to be awarded the Blue Flag since 2002, a title obtained for the quality of the sea, the quality of the coast, services and environmental education. The country is a real terrace on the Mediterranean, just 60 minutes from the island of Malta.

To confirm a reservation, you must make payment of at least 30% of the total within 1 day of confirming the reservation.
All payments, whether the final balance or the full amount, must be completed within 90 days of entering the facility. If this deadline has already passed, the full amount must be paid within days: 1
Homelike Villas Standard Terms & Conditions are defined as:
- 0% refund of deposit in case of cancellation requested up to 90 days before check-in
- 50% refund (in case of balance already paid) in case of cancellation requested between 89 and 1 days before check-in
- 0% refund (and 100% penalty) in case of no-show
In case of cancellation - for objective reasons that can be documented, unforeseeable and not known at the time of booking - the following conditions apply in case of application of the "Serene Cancellation" Insurance *:
- From the time of booking to check-in, 100% refund of the value of the amount paid, for the reasons indicated above
- No show: no amount will be refunded to the customer
*"Serene Cancellation" Insurance is an extra protection offered (and that guests must request at the time of booking) in case of direct booking through Homelike Villas and for objective causes that can be documented, unpredictable and not known at the time of booking.
In addition, in order to assure the insurance coverage to the guests, we need (within 12 hours from the booking) a list with Surnames - Names of all possible participants.
If we do not send the list, we cannot ensure the validity of the coverage.
According to municipal regulations, a tax may be charged by the facility manager to guests in the form of a fixed fee per person per night.
