What a consultant does:

He makes arrangements with villa owners, supports in the management and reception of the facility and makes sure everything is in order.

He proposes villas to the end customer selecting them according to the customer’s expectations.

The consultant assists the customer in every phase of the process
- before booking the Consultant helps him to gather information about the villa, the area, any additional services;
- during the stay, the Consultant constantly remains at the customer’s side as a point of reference;
- after the vacation, the Consultant manages the follow-up and establishes an empathetic and lasting relationship with the customer
The Consultant has in his/her DNA:
A passion for travelling, discovering the world and going on an adventure.
Only in this way, having touched it with his own hands, the consultant will be able to transfer all the beauty there is, triggering in the customer the desire to leave.
Strong organizational skills
It's not a matter of finding a round-trip ticket, nor of simply handing over the keys to the villa (the consultant is not a travel broker!).
There are transfers to be organized, rental cars to be booked, excursions to be confirmed, additional services to be proposed…
