Villa Mariù recalls the verses of a famous song and welcomes its visitors to one of the most beautiful places in Italy. You will embrace the enchanting city of mermaids and you can enjoy a view suspended between the blue sky and the blue of the sea. Designed by the architect Eugenio Galdieri in the 1950s, the residence has maintained its modern style and original character unchanged over time while equipping itself with the best comforts that make it a luxury residence within an oasis of greenery of approx. 14 thousand square meters.
Immersed in a very quiet area, Villa Mariù can accommodate up to 12 people in 6 rooms equipped with private bathroom, air conditioning, heating, wifi connection. The sleeping area offers elegant, contemporary, innovative environments with attention to every detail, to spend lovely moments of tranquility and relaxation in a heavenly atmosphere. The furniture, with a simple design and delicate color tones, welcomes guests in large, bright, modern spaces and equipped with numerous services for every need. Many of the rooms overlook the sea.
On the ground floor there is a large living-dining room with fireplace, corner bar, a spacious kitchen, the office and a toilet. On the first floor, in addition to the rooms, you will find a mini-pool with whirlpool for those who love relaxation. The terrace connects the villa to a fully equipped gym with sauna.
On the lower terrace there is a splendid swimming pool with internal hydromassage, a large solarium equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, tables and chairs, an external shower and a comfortable changing room with a small bathroom. Also outside at your disposal is a characteristic pergola, served with tables, chairs and a wood-burning oven where you can delight in the preparation of the classic Neapolitan pizza!
Villa Mariù also has a meeting room of about 150 square meters with audio system, table for speakers and 50-60 seats as well as parking for 20-30 cars.
The location is ideal for visiting the towns of Sorrento, Amalfi, Positano, Ravello, or the famous islands of Capri and Ischia or the archaeological sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum.

All payments, whether the final balance or the full amount, must be completed within 90 days of entering the facility. If this deadline has already passed, the full amount must be paid within days: 1
Homelike Villas Standard Terms & Conditions are defined as:
- 0% refund of deposit in case of cancellation requested up to 90 days before check-in
- 50% refund (in case of balance already paid) in case of cancellation requested between 89 and 1 days before check-in
- 0% refund (and 100% penalty) in case of no-show
In case of cancellation - for objective reasons that can be documented, unforeseeable and not known at the time of booking - the following conditions apply in case of application of the "Serene Cancellation" Insurance *:
- From the time of booking to check-in, 100% refund of the value of the amount paid, for the reasons indicated above
- No show: no amount will be refunded to the customer
*"Serene Cancellation" Insurance is an extra protection offered (and that guests must request at the time of booking) in case of direct booking through Homelike Villas and for objective causes that can be documented, unpredictable and not known at the time of booking.
In addition, in order to assure the insurance coverage to the guests, we need (within 12 hours from the booking) a list with Surnames - Names of all possible participants.
If we do not send the list, we cannot ensure the validity of the coverage.
According to municipal regulations, a tax may be charged by the facility manager to guests in the form of a fixed fee per person per night.
