Built entirely of splendid stone blocks worked by hand in the early 1900s, the Villa was carefully renovated in 2015. The precious restoration work has enhanced its personality, making it sober but, at the same time, elegant.
The local stone walls of the house coexist with modern coverings and furnishings with a cosmopolitan feel. The project bears the signature of the innovative Italian design brand, Lago, which together with the owner's taste, has been able to create welcoming, functional and harmonious environments.
Systems, furnishings and finishes combine aesthetics and functionality thanks to new materials and the latest technologies. The high-tech interiors divide the space into two areas: a bright living room characterized by clean lines, sober colors and emotional elements such as the original stone fireplace and the sleeping area, a mix-match of colors that gives dynamism and grit to the environments.

The Villa has a living area, a large space where the large kitchen, the dining room that accommodates up to 12 people and the living area coexist. A functional area divides it from the sleeping area which has 3 bedrooms for a total of 6 beds, 2 bathrooms. All welcoming and relaxing environments that ensure well-being and quality rest. Designed as linear and balanced spaces, they light up thanks to the bright and colorful tones of the walls.
The whole structure boasts an area of 150 square meters, is surrounded by a large planted garden and develops entirely on a single mezzanine floor at street level. It has a porch with a terrace where you can relax while enjoying the splendid view of Lake Como and the Comacina Island.
The position directly on the lake with private pier, mooring and buoy, the modular and minimal interiors, the exclusive services offered, will make your stay unforgettable.

To confirm a reservation, you must make payment of at least 30% of the total within 1 day of confirming the reservation.
All payments, whether the final balance or the full amount, must be completed within 90 days of entering the facility. If this deadline has already passed, the full amount must be paid within days: 1
Homelike Villas Standard Terms & Conditions are defined as:
- 0% refund of deposit in case of cancellation requested up to 90 days before check-in
- 50% refund (in case of balance already paid) in case of cancellation requested between 89 and 1 days before check-in
- 0% refund (and 100% penalty) in case of no-show
In case of cancellation - for objective reasons that can be documented, unforeseeable and not known at the time of booking - the following conditions apply in case of application of the "Serene Cancellation" Insurance *:
- From the time of booking to check-in, 100% refund of the value of the amount paid, for the reasons indicated above
- No show: no amount will be refunded to the customer
*"Serene Cancellation" Insurance is an extra protection offered (and that guests must request at the time of booking) in case of direct booking through Homelike Villas and for objective causes that can be documented, unpredictable and not known at the time of booking.
In addition, in order to assure the insurance coverage to the guests, we need (within 12 hours from the booking) a list with Surnames - Names of all possible participants.
If we do not send the list, we cannot ensure the validity of the coverage.
According to municipal regulations, a tax may be charged by the facility manager to guests in the form of a fixed fee per person per night.
