On the ground floor you will enter a beautiful living room equipped with a large sitting area with a large sofa and a table for 8. Here you will also find a fully equipped kitchen and a bar area with fridge and ice machine along with a small cellar and two bathrooms. An outdoor terrace will allow you to experience convivial moments outdoors, for both lunch and dinner. Also on the ground floor there is also an independent bedroom with shower.
On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 en suite bathrooms with Jacuzzi. Each room is equipped with flat satellite smart Tv and free wi-fi. The air conditioning system completes the unique equipment of the house. One of the two bedrooms on the first floor also has a sofa bed for one person and two panoramic balconies. The other room, on the other hand, has a large panoramic terrace and the possibility of adding two beds.
On the second floor there are 2 other bedrooms with private bathroom, flat satellite smart Tv, air conditioning and a large panoramic terrace. One of the 2 bedrooms has a Jacuzzi hydromassage shower and a sofa bed for one person, the other has a Jacuzzi hydromassage tub for your moments of relaxation.
The property offers excellent access to numerous beaches in the area, including the Bagni d’Arienzo and Spiaggia del Fornillo.
In the area where the Villa is located it is not possible to turn by motorbike or car, the whole life of the village is lived on foot.
The center of Amalfi is just 17 kilometers away. The closest airport is Naples Capodichino Airport, about thirty kilometers away.

All payments, whether the final balance or the full amount, must be completed within 90 days of entering the facility. If this deadline has already passed, the full amount must be paid within days: 1
Homelike Villas Standard Terms & Conditions are defined as:
- 0% refund of deposit in case of cancellation requested up to 90 days before check-in
- 50% refund (in case of balance already paid) in case of cancellation requested between 89 and 1 days before check-in
- 0% refund (and 100% penalty) in case of no-show
In case of cancellation - for objective reasons that can be documented, unforeseeable and not known at the time of booking - the following conditions apply in case of application of the "Serene Cancellation" Insurance *:
- From the time of booking to check-in, 100% refund of the value of the amount paid, for the reasons indicated above
- No show: no amount will be refunded to the customer
*"Serene Cancellation" Insurance is an extra protection offered (and that guests must request at the time of booking) in case of direct booking through Homelike Villas and for objective causes that can be documented, unpredictable and not known at the time of booking.
In addition, in order to assure the insurance coverage to the guests, we need (within 12 hours from the booking) a list with Surnames - Names of all possible participants.
If we do not send the list, we cannot ensure the validity of the coverage.
According to municipal regulations, a tax may be charged by the facility manager to guests in the form of a fixed fee per person per night.
